Sierra Screenprinting, Phoenix, installed a NUR Tempo™ flatbed, wide-format, digital ink jet press from Israel-based NUR Macroprinters Ltd. The NUR Tempo eliminates extra steps involved in lamination and cutting/trimming often needed when printing graphics on rigid or rolled substrates. Its UV-curable inks can print on aluminum, corrugated board, foam-core paperboard, acrylic sheets, PVC, polycarbonate, fluted polypropylene, glass, wood and standard rolled media up to two inches thick with photo-realistic image quality.
