MICR Express, Jeffersonville, Ind., announced its new Holiday Collection of products for financial institutions. The line includes a variety of colorfully decorated drive-up envelopes, teller receipts, a line of currency envelopes and unique holiday pen pads. Holiday orders received by the end of September will begin shipping on Oct. 2. Non-imprinted orders received after that date will ship in 48 hours with imprinted orders shipping in five days or less. General Financial Supply, Nevada, Iowa, recently introduced teller receipts and drive-up envelopes that are ideal for distributors who want to show to their customers in the finance industry the value of marketing their businesses, according to the company. Paris Business Products, based in Burlington, N.J., announced that it has purchased additional machinery, including a turret re-winder, to increase its capacity for blank and custom-printed laser rolls. American Solutions for Business, Glenwood, Minn., was recently selected as the official supplier for the 2006 National Health Center Week. The company said American Solutions for Business was chosen to provide products and services that will help community health centers throughout the United States showcase and enhance local awareness of their health care models.

FormStore Incorporated, Fenton, Mo., signed an agreement to add Four51 internet-based technology as an expansion and enhancement of the company’s web-to-print platform. The company said it will allow FormStore and its Four51-enabled distributors to enjoy efficiencies and cost reductions by using Four51 for day-to-day communications and transaction processing while accessing FormStore’s Digital Print Solution Center. Shapco Printing Inc., Minneapolis, celebrated its 30-year anniversary in business in April. During the course of those years, Shapco has grown into one of the largest providers of 1- through 8-color printing services on a variety of surfaces including papers, plastics and labels, the company said.

F.P. Horak Company, Bay City, Mich., announced the addition of a new Kodak E150 digital press to its Digital Imaging Center. The press has the capability to print at faster speeds, allows the user to chose from a variety of paper sizes, weights and finishes, and it does MICR printing. The Digital Imaging Center also added a new Pitney Bowes 8 Series Inserting System that is suited for applications that include invoicing, statement processing and direct mail applications.
